Refund policy


 Unfortunately there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on hair extensions; Including but not limited to bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs. All items have been inspected for quality.

Returns/Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the event you have received damaged goods please notify us immediately at info@jenchihair.com. Include your name, phone#, order#, photo and description of damaged goods. A representative will assist you with a store credit or exchange. Must be reported within 7 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 All other refunds within 14 days.




Undeliverable packages will be returned to Jenchi Hair™ and placed on hold for pickup for 3 days. If package is not picked up within 3 days, a refund will be automatically processed minus local delivery. If coupon was used to obtain Free Delivery it will be forfeited and the customer will be charged for the failed delivery attempt if package is not picked up in 3 days.
